Purpose

The SPEAR Project is 100% veteran operated. We recognize and understand that veterans offer unique experiences and possess a wide variety of skillsets. Veterans create the cornerstone of our Extraction and Rescue efforts.

As veterans transition to civilian life, these skills are often hidden as they settle into new jobs and vocations. Many veterans crave the experiences and environments they so desperately miss – ones where their skills are valued, part of an elite team, and the ability to make a critical difference where others cannot or will not. Our valued veterans are not being seen and utilized to their true potential.

We at The SPEAR Project strive to not only accomplish our main goals of Extraction and Rescue, but also lend a helping and willing hand to veterans – one veteran to another.
