At The SPEAR Project, our logistical and material needs can be staggering. In addition to providing protective equipment and technical gear to each rescuer, SPEAR also needs things like fuel, food and shelter.

At The SPEAR Project, we strive to maximize the effectiveness of your support by becoming more financially independent. Buying our merchandise helps to keep the organization running smoothly and also helps to spread the word about our Mission. And you’ll look good doing it! 

(100% of your support goes to accomplishing our goals and saving lives. No one at The SPEAR Project receives wages, salaries, or compensation.) 

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

DEPLOYMENTS: Are you a veteran or first responder? Are you a professional in the field(s) of emergency medicine, aviation, logistics and transportation, just to name a few? The SPEAR Project needs your talent and experience.

Veterans

Our desired qualifications and MOSs include (but are not limited to): 

  • Combat Arms (0311, 11B, Combat Engineer, Ranger, Pararescue, Special Forces, etc.)
  • Logistics and Support
  • Communications
  • Medical Services (Navy Corpsman, Army Medic, 18D) 
  • Motor Transportation
  • Drone Pilot
  • Deployment(s) to a hostile theater outside the continental United States are highly desired.

First Responders

Our desired qualifications and MOSs include (but are not limited to): 

  • Law Enforcement (Police, Deputy Sheriff, Highway Patrol, Game Warden, etc.)
  • Emergency Medical Technician or Emergency Medical Services
  • Flight Medics
  • Firefighter
  • Dispatcher

READY TO GET INVOLVED? VOLUNTEER

Are you interested in helping The SPEAR Project grow? We are looking for individuals and businesses that offer a diverse range of experience, skills, and backgrounds.

Although the primary Mission of The SPEAR Project is search and rescue, we are not always in the field. Running our day-to-day operations, training, and preparing for natural disasters is a large part of our organization. You do not need to be a veteran or first responder to help. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Grant Writers
  • Graphic Designers
  • Meteorologists
  • Lineworkers and Electricians
  • Vehicle Mechanics and Auto Body Repair
  • Boat and Small Watercraft Mechanics
  • Nurses
  • Photographers and Videographers
  • CDL Licensed Drivers
  • OTR and Long-Haul Truck Drivers
  • Certified Public Accountants
