Mission Area

The SPEAR Project is 100% veteran operated. We recognize that veterans offer unique experience and a wide variety of skillsets which are the cornerstone of our Extraction and Rescue efforts. 

As these veterans transition to civilian life, they often put these skills on the shelf as they settle into new jobs and vocations. Furthermore, many veterans crave the type of environment they so desperately miss – one where their skills are valued, the are part of an elite team, and they know they are able to make a critical difference where others could not or would not. To put it simply, we as a nation are not using our valued veterans to their true potential. 

Therefore, we at the project strive not only to accomplish our main goals of Extraction and Rescue, but to also lend a helping hand to veterans – one veteran to another.
